📋 1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ColorQueueList ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including users of both the free version and the Pro version.

📱 2. Description of Service

ColorQueueList is a task management application that allows you to:

• Create, edit, and manage task items
• Organize tasks using color-coded categories
• Save and use task templates
• Search and filter your tasks (Pro)
• Export and import your data (Pro)

The App is designed for personal use. All data is stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export it.

🆓 3. Free and Pro Versions

Free Version

The free version of ColorQueueList includes core functionality:

• Unlimited task creation and management
• 3 fixed color categories
• 1 template
• Dark mode support
• Swipe actions and auto-clean features

Pro Version

The Pro version unlocks additional features through a subscription:

• Unlimited custom categories with custom colors and names
• Unlimited templates
• Search and filter functionality
• Data export and import
• Additional color themes

💳 4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro features are available through a subscription, which may be offered as:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will not affect current subscribers until their next renewal period, and we will provide notice of any changes.

✅ 5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

💾 6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create in the App. Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You are responsible for backing up your data
• If you delete the App or lose your device, your data may be permanently lost
• We cannot recover lost data as we do not have access to it

⚖️ 7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and other content, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

🚫 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• The App will meet your specific requirements

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

⚠️ 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of use of the App
• Any other intangible losses

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim.

🔄 10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

🔚 11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your App Store or Google Play account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

🌍 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
